As J. H. Roberts and E. K. Muspratt have declined to stand for the Flintshire Boroughs, the field is clear for John Herbert Lewis. The Tories are likely to put up a candidate. Mr Pennant ought to be given a safer seat by the Tories. Public meetings should be held in each of the Boroughs.
