Deceased died seized of a tmt called y bryn duy and lands in Tre prees, four m's, and 120 a. of land in Tre yr abat aforesaid [sic], of which the m's are called y Court vch y llyn, y keyrnyog vaur, keyrnyog vaughan, kefne y Rhyd, and two m's called maes y kernethe and Gwayn yr hyrn and 24 a. of land in Tre yr abat, all to be held for his life, with remainder to Robert Wyn ap Robert. The said Robert Wyn ap Robert is a kinsman and heir of the said Robert and was 19 years of age at the time of Robert's death.
