A volume containing a brief for the plaintiff in the case of G. H. Sumner versus the Reverend Charles Charleton and others in the Court of Chancery with reference to the Carmarthenshire estate of Edward Holme of the Inner Temple.
A rental book of the estates of Lleweni and Gwisaney for 1636-1644, giving the names of the farms, the tenants and the amount of the rent in each case. The book also contains similar details for the "Gwissaney demeanes", described (p. 70) as "my master's paternall estate". A letter from Phillip Yorke of Erddig to 'Dear Bloady' has been inserted at p. 107 and a letter, dated 8 January 1651, addressed to Robert Davies of Gwisaney and signed by Hugh Thomas, Joseph Roberts and Peter Davies, has been inserted at p. 160. A loose leaf containing a summary of the Gwisaney rentals is at p. 170.

A volume containing an English-Welsh dictionary, c. beginning 18th century. Three englynion by John Rhydderch (1673-1735) are included at the end of the volume (p. 172). It is clear that John Rhydderch made use of this manuscript when compiling his own English-Welsh dictionary (Shrewsbury, 1725), in the preface of which he refers to three manuscript dictionaries, one of which was compiled by the Reverend Erasmus Lewis, vicar of Lampeter; it is therefore possible that NLW MS 321E was written by Erasmus Lewis.

A volume in the hand of Hugh Davies, 1771 (see p. 62), containing an interlude said to be by Ellis Roberts (d. 1789); the subject seems to be Tair Rhan Oes Dyn, the characters being Ysmaldod y Ffwl, Oferddyn ne Ifienctid, Arglwyddes Pleser, Caru arian, y Cybydd, Mari Filen ei ferch, Canol Oedran ac Anfodlongar ei wraig, Cydwybod, Angeu and Henaint.
A volume containing a imperfect copy, c. 1770, of an interlude probably written by Thomas Edwards (Twm o'r Nant, 1739-1810) and which was never printed; the characters are Y Ffwl, Y Brenin a'r Frenhines, Mr Cybydd-dod, Modryb Crintachrwydd, Sion Dlawd, Pencynghorion y Brenin sef Theologus a Refformassion, y Parcwr a'i Fachgen, etc.
