The file comprises papers relating to a proposed British Petroleum Co. Ltd combined spirit and kerosene depot at Llandysul, 1922-1923, and a plan of a proposed Anglo-American Oil Co. Ltd oil and spirit depot at Llandysul, 1923.

Estate agent's memorandum books

The series comprises four memorandum books that probably belonged to T. Gibbon, the Cilgwyn estate agent. The dated notes refer to many aspects of estate administration, including applications for and notices to quit properties, applications for rebates, repairs, improvements, lime, gates etc., inspections of properties, woodlands, contractors' work, etc., and notes on the husbandry and crops of specific tenant farmers.

Llandyfrïog churchyard

The file comprises two booklets, being the account of Evan Evans of Paradise Cottage, Pentrecagal, for work in Llandyfrïog churchyard, May 1926-May 1928 and Nov. 1928-May 1931.
