Report of the Welsh Delegation to Canada,

A draft manuscript report of the Welsh Delegation to Canada, 1899, in the hand of W. Llewelyn Williams, regarding the suitability of Canada for migrant settlers. The Delegation, comprising David Lloyd George, W. Llewelyn Williams, William Griffith and W. J. Rees, was invited to Canada by the Canadian Government in the hope it would encourage migration to the country. The report itself contains brief case studies of the fortunes and experiences of some existing settlers.
