Printed attendance register of Chubut Intermediate School, Gaiman, Patagonia, for 1908, kept by the headmaster, Dafydd Rhys Jones, between 3 March and 2 November 1908.
Among the pupils listed is Mihangel ap Iwan, son of Llwyd ap Iwan (d. 1909) and grandson of the Rev. Michael D. Jones (1822-1898) and of Lewis Jones (1836-1904), two of the founders of the Welsh colony in Patagonia.

115 col photos of JKW in his professional capacity at exhibition openings, broadcasts & book launches etc. Included are a series of photographs by Bernard Mitchell documenting the launch of 'The Land & The Sea' at the National Library of Wales in 1998; 1987 retrospective at Oriel Mostyn; launch of 'A Wider Sky' in 1991; exhibition at Albany Gallery ca.1990 alongside sculptures of Geoffrey Dashwood; exhibition at Thackeray Gallery May 1998 (nos. 4696/16-25)

NB one photo CD of his Patagonia exhibition in Oriel Davies (2005) containing 79 images has been passed to Robert Evans.

Kyffin Williams letter to Gwyn and Harry Brown

Letter, 15 November 1968, from Kyffin [Williams] in Gaiman, Patagonia, to his friend the painter Gwyn Brown and her husband Harry, Tegfryn [Art Gallery], Menai Bridge, Anglesey, containing observations on the scenery and people, the weather, the challenging conditions for painting and the difficulties of communicating in Welsh and Spanish.
Williams was in Patagonia from October 1968 to early 1969 on a Fellowship awarded by the Winston Churchill Memorial Trust. The letter was published in David Meredith and John Smith, Obsessed: The Biography of Sir Kyffin Williams (Llandysul, 2012), pp. 134-5.
