The papers include poems by Jane Williams, some holograph, dated 1842-1867 (ff. 1-31), apparently unpublished apart from 'The Leek' (f. 6; Archaeologia Cambrensis, 1.3 (1846), 356-357), 'A Celtic Tradition from Cornwall of a Funeral among the "Small People"' (ff. 14-19; Jane Williams, Celtic Fables, Fairy Tales, & Legends... (London, 1862), pp. 37-40) and 'Lines to the Welsh Harp' (f. 21; Jane Williams, Literary Remains of the Rev.
