Denbigh, yeoman, and his nephew John Williams son of Margarett Lloyd, widow, sister of the said Ellis, of a messuage tenement and lands in Kilken, co. Denbigh, called Tu yn y Fynnon, wherein Thos. Foulke dwells, and closes there called Bryn-y-berth mawr, Bryn-y-berth bychan, Cae Vwchlaw r Tu, dryll y garreg Ucha, dryll y garreg Issa, y Fron yddol, and y Weirglodd now held by Thos.
