Letter from Alfred T. Davies, Board of Education to J. F. Roberts, Vice-Chancellor of University College of Wales, Aberystwyth. [Roberts subsequently forwarded the letter to Principal E. H. Griffiths, as present holder of the office of the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Wales].
