Roberts of 13 Mar was forwarded to himself as present holder of the office of the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Wales. Informs that he has signed the statement sent by Professor Gilbert Murray on 23 Feb. Notes that resolutions of Senate are not valid until confirmed by the University Court, which will not meet until July.
