History

Maesannod and Rhydonnen were capital messuages in the parishes of Llanynys and Llandysilio-yn-Iâl, Denbighshire, respectively and were owned by the Lloyd family. The premises passed to the Humphreys family of Llanfair Ucha and Llanfair Hall, Merionethshire, following the marriage of Anne, sister and heiress of Robert Lloyd of Maesannod, who died unmarried in 1830, with Edward Humphreys, the ancestor of the depositor.
