History
Frank Morgan was the secretary of the Representative Body and the lay secretary of the Governing Body of the Church in Wales. He was born in 1868, and had his schooling at Llandovery College. He won a scholarship to Keble College, Oxford, and later became a Lecturer in History in the same college. He was invited to collect material to be put before the Royal Commission concerning the Disestablishment of the Church in Wales. When the 1914 Act of Disestablishment had been passed he worked as the secretary of all the committees dealing with the drawing up of a constitution, and later played vital roles in both the Representative Body and the Governing Body. He died in 1935.
