The material listed in this series consists mainly of pedigree rolls. It also comprises a number of letters patent, grants of arms, addresses, outsize documents and non-manuscript items.
Examples compiled by the National Library of Wales of photostat reproductions from the originals of manuscripts, etc., prepared for the information of the Departmental Committee on Welsh, which reported in 1926.
This is a numbered series currently (August 2006) reaching 1615. The deposits included in it are minor in the sense that they consist of single items, or small groups of documents or papers where the group has been treated as a single item. There is one medieval missal, a few literary manuscripts, a large number of registers and other records from chapels, and much else.
