Research of Dr John Roderick Walters, Abergavenny, into the phonology of the accent of English in the Rhondda Valleys, South Wales. The study includes interviews with members of the workman's Clubs in the Valleys communities, audio recordings, PDF files of the transcripts, an analysis and findings. The research findings were published in his PhD thesis: A study of the segmental and suprasegmental phonology of Rhondda Valleys English, at the then University of Glamorgan, 1999. A volume lettered on the spine 'Catalogue of the late Pesaro Library at Venice', being a copy of a catalogue compiled in 1806 of the books which had formed the Pesaro library in Venice [and which had been purchased by Thomas Johnes of Hafod, co. Cardigan, in 1805]. The catalogue is in five sections, the first containing a list of Aldine editions arranged in chronological order, and the other four listing the remaining works according to language.
