A lithographic copy of a report, dated 9 December 1875, by A. B. Phipson, architect, on the 'Old Parliament House, Dolgelly', describing the condition of the building and making recommendations for its restoration.
It includes plans (ff. 1 verso, 5-6), drawings illustrating the suggested restorations (ff. 1, 7-8) and sketches of particular features (f. 1 verso). A transcript was published in Hugh J. Owen, 'Owen Glyn Dŵr's Old Parliament House at Dolgelley', Journal of the Merioneth Historical and Record Society, 2 (1954), 81-88 (pp. 83-85). A covering letter from the donor, 11 June 1954, is included (f. i).
