History

The company perceived their presence at the Eisteddfod as part of the developmental process for the Tri Bywyd production. Ein Tŷ Ni, a solo performance by Eddie Ladd, was performed daily and a series of lectures was held, also daily, on the stall during the Eisteddfod week. Further, as research, a short questionnaire was developed and responses were recorded on sound-tape with the intention that extracts would later be used in the Tri Bywyd soundtrack. Narratives generated by the interviews were also re-enacted by company members during the week. A display of materials was also housed on the stall and it was proposed that part of the set for Tri Bywyd was constructed next to the stall on the Eisteddfod field. There was also an open rehearsal of 'Lynette' a solo performance by Gwenllian Rhys.
