Iolo Morganwg has annotated the volume and has frequently written 'Dal sylw!' or similar phrases in the margins. He has also picked out various names which occur in the pedigrees, among them 'Meredydd ap Rhys ap Rhiccert' (p. 41) and 'Rhys goch ap Rhiccert' (p. [1]15), although in the second instance the name in the pedigree is 'wenllian verch Rys goch ap Rys voel ap Rikert ap einion ap gollwyn'.
