History

The Denbigh deeds include several purchases made by Mary Wynne of Plasnewydd and Denbigh, of houses and gardens in Sandy Lane and in the Lower Ward of Denbigh between 1784 and 1800. They were almost certainly the same properties in Denbigh town which she left to her grandson, George Griffith, by a codicil to her will, dated 1812.
