Inglis Jones having purchased the property specified at page 18 with a view of its being added to the Estates settled by his Father's will has recently offered it to the Trustees upon the same terms as he acquired it and the trustees being satisfied of the propriety of the purchase in other respects Mr. Morris will be pleased to advise on the Title and consider whether under the circumstances it is such as may be accepted on their behalf'.
