Carmarthen ( not herein specified) which the said Sir Water Rice, Henry his eldest son, Thomas his second son, and Anthony his third son, had agreed to convey to the said Sir Thomas Button, his son in law, and Dame Elizabeth and their children as a settlement but which the said Sir Water still retains possession of.
