- George Williams the younger of Aberpergwm, co. Glam., esq.;. 2. Rosser Thomas of p. Glyncorrwg, yeoman. Agreement to let for 31 years a m. and land called Maes Gwynn and one meadow of short hay called Gwain Rhydd allt, p's Cadoxton by Neath and Glyn Corrwg. (Timber and mineral rights excepted and reserving the right of the lessor to work mines and cut trees. Conditions of lease include agreement for the supply of horses to carry 80 tons of coal yearly from the coalworks of the said George Williams near Aberpergwm to the Neath bank near Neath bridge at the rate of 7s.6 a ton and to share the expense of keeping the river Neath in its due bounds.). Endorsement: Assignment, dated 10 June 1788, by Rosser Jenkins alias Thomas of Maesgwyn of the said rights to Rees Williams of Aberpergwm.
