The deeds for Allt Fawr, Cae Glub and Rhos y Glascoed comprise a succession of assignments of mortgage at the direction of John Humffreys, in which the mortgagees include William Bray and William Clutton, and Pryce Davies, 1800, Catharine Jones, widow of Joshua Jones, late of Trefnannau but then of Oswestry, 1808, and John Phillips of Llwyn and Jeffrey Poole of Trefnannau, 1808.
