Lancs., widow of John Lloyd Jones, late of Plas Madoc, clerk, and devisee for life under the will of Ellen Williams of Deganwy (the widow of Hugh Williams of Poutir, co. Caern., esq. and only surviving sister of Hugh Stodart, late of Deganwy, esq. dec., the eldest son and heir of William Stodart late of Deganwy and Catherine his wife). 2 John Lloyd Jones of Liverpool, second son of John Lloyd Jones, dec., and Jane his wife, and also devisee in tail under the will of Ellen Williams. 3 John Jones of Ruthin, co. Denb., esq., a trustee named therein. 4 Robert Anwyl of Bodgonwych, p. Llangorniw, gent. Appointment and Lease and Release from 1 and 2, with the consent of 3, to 4 of m's and lands called Ty tan y Graig (21a.) and Tyddyn y gwr llwyd (22a.) in p. Llangyniew, co. Denb. Recites nos 1864, 1866, and that a recovery with double vouchee was suffered on the premises described in no. 1866 on 16 Aug. 1828. Endorsed: Memorandum that by a deed, 30 Nov. 1870, the within written indentures were covenanted to be produced to William Jones, the purchaser of Bodgynwch. Consideration: £800.
