Appointment by the first party of the said John as her attorney to proceed to the next court of the commote of Collion within the manor or lordship of Ruthin alias Dyffryn Cloyd, co. Denbigh, to surrender into the hands of the lords three parcels of land called Y Tythyn, Kay banadel and Erow banadle, lying in Eveneghtid within the commote of Collion and bounded by common land called Garthllegva, by the land of Richard ap Harry ap Edward and Edward ap Morys, by the land of William Myddelton, esq., and by the highway leading from Llanvorock towards the church of Eveneghtid, also a messuage or burgage with a garden belonging thereto, and one other garden in Morock street within the franchise of the town or borough of Ruthin, co. Denbigh, and all other her messuages, etc., in Eveneghtid and Ruthin or elsewhere within the manor or lordship aforesaid, the said surrender to be to the use of Edward ap Ruthergh, son of the first party.
