The folder also includes a Commission of Sir Ernest Handforth Goodman Roberts to act as Vicar General and Official Principal in the See of Bangor, 1 Nov. 1948 (with copy); papers relating to the appointment of The Very Reverend John Thomas Davies, Dean of Bangor, Commissary Sede Vacante of the Diocese of Bangor and President of the Diocesan Conference and of the Patronage Board of the Diocese of Bangor, 1948; and a Bangor Diocesan special account bankbook, 1948-1950. The account was set up for the expense of furnishing the 'Bishops' Court'.
