"Articles of agreement indented had made, concluded and agreed upon the twentieth day of November in the yeare of our Lord one thousand six hundred seventy and nines Betweene Richard Evans of Cwmonnog in the County of Carnarvon, gent. and John Evans, sonne and heire apparent of the said Richard Evans, of thone parte, and ffoulke Lloyd of ffoxhall in the county of Denbigh, gent., and Thomas Williams of Quirt in the County of Anglessey, gent., of thother parte, for and concerning a marriage hereafter shortly to be had and solemnized between the said John Evans and Suzan Williams late of Quirte .... spinster" -. Wherein it is agreed to convey to Lloyd and Williams in trust for the marrying parties a messuage called Cumonog, co. Carnarvon, and lands in Trevru, same county, called Clutt Glass Drill Maine Berth Bach, Erw Las, Cae Glan Conwey, Erw Sybuch, Maes y Crwthva, etc., with specified conditions.
