Card., previously purchased by David Lewis of Aberystwyth, maltster, from George Jones of Bridgenorth, co. Salop, surgeon, measuring 14 ft 8 ins by 36 ft 9 ins, bounded on the east side by Brewer Street, on the north by a m. formerly in the occupation of Thomas Jones, on the south by the parcel of land described below and on the west by another parcel of the same land, granted to William Cam Monkhouse, and a m. there erected by 1, in the occupation of Robert Roberts, and for the residue of 71 years of another parcel of the same larger field in Brewer Street, adjoining the aforesaid plot, measuring 31 ft 4 ins by 36 ft 9 ins, and two m's erected there by 1, in the occupation of Owen Owen and Anne James.
