1 Ann Lloyd of Rhyd y Carrw, p. Treveglwys, co. Mont., widow and relict and a legatee named in the last will and testament of Edward Lloyd of the same place, farmer, dec., and mother and next of kin of Edward Lloyd the younger, only son and residuary legatee named in the said will of the said first mentioned Edward Lloyd. 2 David Richards of the Gate, p. Llanwonog, flannel draper. 3 Owen Lloyd of Garth, p. Llanidloes, farmer, and David Lloyd of Cefnbarrach, p. Treveglwys, farmer, brothers and executors named in the will of the said Edward Lloyd. Assignment Of Mortgages for £600 and £200 of premises in p's Trefeglwys, Llanwnnog, Carno, Llanidloes and Llangurig and of [promissory] notes and bonds for £200, £50 and £100 by 1 to 3, in trust to pay the legacies bequeathed by the late Edward Lloyd to his wife and four daughters and to supplement the said legacies, and an Assignment by 3 to 1 of all the stock of corn, grain, hay, horses, cattle, farming utensils and other personal estate of Edward Lloyd the father and Edward Lloyd the son. Recites the will, dated 1796, of Edward Lloyd the father, who bequeathed £200 each to his wife and four daughters, the rest of his goods to his son, Edward Lloyd, and named 3 as his executors, that Edward Lloyd the son has since died, that a marriage has been agreed between 1 and 2, that to supplement the provision made by the will of Edward Lloyd, further sums of money be raised to a total of £1600, for the purpose of which 1 has paid to 3 £50 and entered into a bond with 3 in the sum of £400. Seals. Damaged, small parts missing. Deed donated by Mrs Ashton of Fan, Llanidloes, in 1940.
