Award of Thomas Herbertand William John Thomas, esquires, commissioners appointed by the King's letters patent to hear and determine the suit between David Philippe Hoell, plaintiff, and David Ieuan David, defendant, concerning the parcel of lands called Cay Bagche and Gwerlod Moryse; it was proves before them that the enfeoffment made by the defendant and Jenet, his mother, to plaintiff was made clearly without any use or intent declared, etc. It seems to the commissioners that the plaintiff holds the better right and the judge and order that he peaceably occupies and enjoys the same. Signed: Thomas Herbert, William John Thomas.
