Flint, wherein Foulke Parry sometyme heretofore did dwell, and now or late in the occupation of Griffith Thomas, and all houses, buildings, gardens, lands, etc., unto the said messuage belonging, and all those twelve closes of lands in Trefraith aforesaid, called 1. yr Ardd wenith. 2. yr Ardd ty hwnt, 3. yr myrddyn, 4. yr Ardd wair, 5. Gardd yr odyn, 6. Erw'r pistill, 7. y bron redyn, 8. Coed Kae'r orsedd ucha, 9. Coetkae'r orsedd issa, 10. y Krimwch gardd y Pren, 12. massarne gwerne and 12. Coet Kae'r mynydd - 33 acr. now in the occupation of the said Griffith....; and all other the late messuages, lands, etc., of the said William, Owens in Trefraith in the parish of Skyviog co.
