Bill of complaint of Edward Herbert, esq., second son of Edward, late Lord Herbert of Cherbury and Castle Island, deceased, Samuell Moore of Lyneley, co. Salop, esq., Edward Wollaston of Bishops Castle, co. Salop, mercer, William Bilingsley of Bishopps Castle, ironmonger, Henry Tennand of Waye Bridge, co. Surry, gent., and Elizabeth, his wife, late wife and administratrix of the goods of Humphrey Dethicke, esq., deceased, William Medlecott of London, grocer, and William Griffith of Ludlowe, co. Salop, mercer, all creditors of Richard, late Lord Herbert of Cherbury and Castle Island, deceased, elder brother of Edward Herbert, the orator, against Edward, Lord Herbert, son of Richard, late Lord Herbert, deceased, and Lady Mary, widow of the said Richard. The complainants requests payment of debts owing from the estate of Richard, late Lord Herbert, in accordance with the provisions made by him.
