Bill Of Complaint of Ferrar Fenton of the parish of Fishguard, co. Pembroke, mariner, against his brothers Richard [father of Richard Fenton, author of A Historical Tour Through Pembrokeshire; 1811] and Samuel, and is sisters Elizabeth, Mary, Anne, and Jane, and against William Thomas, solicitor [of Kilkiffeth], and Richard Meyler, merchant, of Baldwin Street, Bristol, for the recovery of leasehold properties in Fishguard specified in the marriage settlement of complainant's parents Richard Fenton and Diana, daughter of John Lewis late of the parish of Manor Owen, esq., and for the recovery of the proceeds of real properties in St. Martin and St. Mary, Haverfordwest, descended to the complainant on the death of his elder brother Lewis Fenton.
