The Penylan leases include building plots in Agincourt Road, Albany Road, Alma Road, Balaclava Road, Blenheim Road, Cressy Road, Grenville Road, Marlborough Road, Pen-y-lan Road, Sandringham Road, Trafalgar Road, Waterloo Road, 1898-1913. The volume is intitled ‘5. Newport Road, Lower Penylan’ and ‘Cardiff no. 7’, and there are dated alterations to entries until at least 1957.
