Case and Opinion of Nath Pigot of the Middle Temple that Thomas, the second son of Cornelius Manley and Elizabeth Spark, who is in possession of the premises comprised in the marriage settlement of Cornelius and Elizabeth, can bar his own issue, his brother Roger and his sisters by a Common Recovery, but a fine will only bar the heirs of the body of Thomas and the heir general, but not Roger or the dau's of Cornelius.
