  1. Charles Morgan, esq., the second son of Thomas Morgan, esq., who was brother, heir male and devisee named in the will of Sir William Morgan, Kt of the Bath, dec., appellants. 2. William Jones, esq., Elizabeth, his wife, only surviving child of the said Sir William Morgan and Lady Rachel, his wife, dec., and also administratrix of the said Lady Rachel and of William Morgan, her elder brother, dec.; Lords George Augustus Cavendish, Frederick Cavendish and John Cavendish, trustees for a term of 99 years for securing a jointure of £2,000 to Lady Rachel for her life, respondents.
