Biographical history
Clive Betts, (b. 1943), is a journalist and author who joined the South Wales Echo in 1965 before moving to work with the Western Mail. He became Welsh affairs reporter for the Western Mail in 1982 and is now the Assembly Editor. Born near Southampton, he studied Geography and International Politics at Aberystwyth University.
