Conveyance by 1, 2 and 3 to 5, at request of 4 and Quitclaim by 4 to 5, of Maesyfforest, in trust to the uses of the will of John Jones, the younger, (further recited). Recites that on 19 March 1863 [see no. 352], the property was mortgaged by 2 and 3 to 1, for £300; that in 1869, 1 instituted a suit v 2 and 3 for a foreclosure of the mortgage, whereupon it was decreed to sell the property, the purchase money to be paid to the credit of Morgan v Roberts 1869; that the property was purchased by 4 and on behalf of 5, for £2,315.
