William Jones of Glandenys, near Lampeter. 5. William Cotterell of Derry Ormond, farmer. 6. Edmund Probyn and George Philips. Conveyance by 1 (as trustee) by direction of 2 and 4 and at request of 3 and 5, of several pieces of land in the townships of Gorwydd, Prysk, Carvan and Doithie Pyscottwr, p. and manor of Llanddewi Brefi (part of Llanddewi Brefi Mountian of Sheepwalk), sold in 6 lots (of which these are lots 1, 2 and 3) under the Enclosure Act 26027 Vict. in trust to 6 for the use of Herbert Inglis Jones, an infant, for his personal estate. Recites that 6 are trustees of the will of John Jones of Derry Ormond, the trusts of which are now being carried into execution in Chancery in the case 'Jones v Powell', in which Hebert I. Jones, aged 21, is a defendant; that by Order in Chancery, it was approved that H.I.J. should bid for the sale of the said property, the purchase money to come out of sums (specified) standing to the credit of the said case and to which H.I.J. is entitled; that 5 as agent for H.I.J., had concurred with agents 2 and 4 in instructing 3 to bid and if purchased, to enter the following agreement. (A) the whole to be conveyed to 2 at the price bid by 3. (B) 2 to convey lot 1 to 5, who is to pay 3 the price bid. (C) 2 to convey lots 2 and 3 to 4, who is to repay 2 the price bid by 3; that the property was bought for £1,599; that by Deed Poll of even date, the Land Comissioners in consideration of £1,599 by 2, conveyed the premises to 1 in trust for 2. Consideration: £1,599 to be paid to account of 2 in conformity with a certificate of repayment of the like sum so advanced and paid by 2 to the Land Commissioners. Plan and schedule: 6 chains to 1 inch. Endorsed: that this is the indenture marked C referred to in the afidavits of John Evan Jones and John Ernest Lloyd, 25 June 1886.
