Llandewy Brefy, in trust to the uses of the will of John Jones, the younger. Recites that 1 had agreed to sell to 2, but no conveyance had been made; that 4, with consent of 3, have contracted with 2 for its purchase. Consideration: £350 viz. £300 by 4 to 1 at direction of 2, and £50 by 4 to 2.
