Conveyance by 1, at direction of 2 to 4, of a capital mountain farm called Rhysgog Ucha and sheepwalks called Guwch Maior and Waun Maenllwyd, p. Llandewy Brefy, in trust to the uses of the will of John Jones, the younger. Recites that 1 had agreed to sell to 2, but no conveyance had been made; that 4, with consent of 3, have contracted with 2 for its purchase. Consideration: £350 viz. £300 by 4 to 1 at direction of 2, and £50 by 4 to 2.
