Devises to his grandson, Henry Greswold Lewis, a m. called Clyn yr ynis, p. Verwig, co. Card., a cottage called Llenie-hirion, parcels of land in Pantybwtler, a cottage and garden and 7 strips of land (further described), cottages and lands called Dyffrin Fridmore alias Troedyrhiw, a small parcel of land called Erw gotta (further described), p. Llangoedmore, co. Card., from the decease of the testator's wife, Jane, with remainder in trust, but should HGL attempt to set aside these provisions then the lands to be devised to testator's son, Thomas Lewis, excepting Dyffrin Fridmore alias Troedyrhiw, then to be devised to testator's daughter, Dorothy. In default of male heir to HGL, the same lands to be devised to testator's son, Thomas Lewis, thereafter to his youngest son, William Lewis, his grandson William Jones, his granddau's Magdalen Jones, Elizabeth, Bridget and Frances in survivorship. Devises to his son Thomas Lewis m's called Portispark and Login, p. Llangoedmore, co. Card., charged with an annuity of 20s. to Mary John of Fynnon Dwrgi, p. Llangoedmore, widow, for life; together with a field by Aberkyeh Forge, p. Kennarth, co. Carm., and Mannerdivy, co. Pemb. Devises to his wife, Jane, during her widowhood the rents from 2 m's and burgages in Heol y maen llwyd or Heolyvarne or Pendree Street, Cardigan, a field called Park berllan Barret and other houses in the same place, including his present dwelling house in Heolyvarne Street, then in trust for his daughter, Dorothy, during her minority, and after her death in default of heirs to his son William Lewis. Devises to the latter m's called Llwyn y fynnon or Llenie Brin du, Llain y whyed and Pant y brain, p Brongwyn and Bettws [Ifan], co. Card., and 2 m's called Tynewydd alias Nantywreh and The Warren alias Crigmawr alias Crigmore bank, p. Llangoedmore and St Mary, Cardigan, 2 houses in St Mary Street, Cardigan, a dwelling house and garden where a meeting house has been lately erected, in Heolyvarne or Pendree Street, t Cardigan, with remainder, in default of heirs, to testator's son, Thomas Lewis, then to his grandson William Jones, together with a m. called Blaengwrog, p. Brongwyn and Llandigwidd, co. Card., on condition that William Lewis conveys a m. called Fynnon Penbwlied, p. Brongwyn, to his brother Thomas Lewis, with remainder to William Lewis, but in default of such a conveyance devises a m. called Blaengwrog to his son William for life only and after his death to the latter's brother Thomas Lewis, then to William Jones, testator's grandson. Devises the moiety of 2 m's called Pencraig and Glanolmarch, p. Llechryd, co. Card., to his nephew Zepheniah Davies and after his decease to the latter's son, Thomas Davies. Bequest of money to six named undertenants of Lady Elizabeth Lloyd. Incomplete.
