Cymdeithas Cymreigyddion y Fenni was a cultural society established in 1833 by the Welsh-speaking inhabitants in and around the town of Abergavenny in Monmouthshire. The Cymreigyddion held eisteddfodau which became important dates in the Welsh cultural and literary calendar. The society's most prominent members were the cleric and historian Thomas Price (Carnhuanawc) and the literary and cultural patron Lady Augusta Hall (Gwenynen Gwent). In 1837 some of the members formed the Welsh Manuscripts Society. Cymdeithas Cymreigyddion y Fenni came to an abrupt and unexplained end in January 1854.
