Biographical history
The manor of Cynllaith Owen is in the ancient parish of Llansilin, Denbighshire. Sir W. W. Wynn was lord of the manor, 1824-1835. Nantymeichied is a township in the parish of Meifod, Montgomeryshire, and in 1750 a manor of Thomas Lloyd, esq.

Cynllaith Owen court leet records, 1736-1835, including court files, 1736-1758, presentments, 1815-1835, and estreats of fines, 1824-1835. There is also a single item from the manor of Nantymeichied, 1750, and four miscellaneous papers, 1816-1831.
