He is very happy to find that the addressee has some serious intent to publish a Welsh Grammar and another vol. of his Psalms. William Owen's Grammar. May not many examples be selected with advantage from the Welsh Bible? D. J. Rees is building a house at Ystrad for the establishment of a Lancastrian School there.
