Biographical history
David Henry Williams was minister of Trecastle Calvinistic Methodist church, Breconshire from 1912 to 1933. Richard Watkins kept a grocer's and general stores in Trecastle. Ty Newydd Calvinistic Methodist chapel, Trecastle was built in 1765 and re-built in 1825 and 1963.
Archival history
Mrs Eirlys Watcyn Evans (see 541, above) stipulated that the manuscripts were to become the property of NLW upon her death. The manuscripts were originally deposited in NLW Minor Deposit 1056-1059.
