- Cradocke Jones, late of p. Trevethin, co. Mon., gent., and Priscilla, his wife. 2. Christopher Price of p. Lanfoyst, co. Mon., esq., father of the said Priscilla. Declaration of the uses of a fine levied on certain properties hereafter named, in consideration that the said Christopher Price shall pay the debts of the said Cradocke Jones and shall also pay an annuity of £30 to the said Cradocke and Priscilla for twelve years. The properties are as follows:- The capital m. called Ty Lloyn y Llan, with closes of land called Keven berry, Keven y Llwyn, Cae Pant ycha, Cae Pant isha, Erw wen, Erw Llydan, Gworlod ddy, Cae yr Llwyn, and Bayly yr Llan; also a m. called Ty Lloyn y Royfa, with six closes called Cae Coed, Gworlod Skybor, Gworlod Vach, Wayne Vach, Gworlod Madocke, and Cae Ffynnon; also a m. and closes of land, as defined; also several closes called Tyre y Lascarne; also a m. and eleven parcels of land called Twyn Gwyn; also two m's and lands, as defined; also a m. and 'mease-place', with their appurtenances, as defined; also a m. and four parcels of land called the garden adjoining the said messuage, Coite Cae Mawre, Gwirlod Vach, and Gwerne Griffith ap Gwillim; also a m. and farm called Samuell John Rosser's Farme, with its lands, etc.; also a m., with its appurtenances, as defined; also a close called Cae Evan Lascarne; another m. and lands, as defined; also lands called Cae Burroched, Gwayne y Lascarne, Cae Ffawothen, Cae pull gwyn, Cae Lloyny, y Lascarne bella, Gelly y Pella, Cae Cam, Cae Glan y doore, and Lascarne Vawre; two other m's, with their appurtenances, as defined; and a parcel of meadow called Gworlod y Llan; all the said properties being in p. Trevethin, co. Mon. Schedule of the debts of Cradocke Jones attached.
