Llandybïe, 1840 (two copies, unsigned, one mutilated); and a release of the Llan estate from an annuity of £25 chargeable under indenttures date 1808, 1850. Also a lease of the Lamb, Llandeilo Fawr, for the life of Mary Evans, wife of Thomas Evans of Llandeilo Fawr, labourer, 1810, and two leases to Pheobe Phillips of Rhydywrach, p. Llanfallteg, widow, of (i) a newly erected m. and two gardens for 60 years, and (ii) three fields called Park-uchaf, Park-canol and Park-isaf, for the life of the said Phebe Philip, both properties called Rhydywrach, 1866.
