Note

A number of deeds carry endorsements. Endorsements on the 1853 conveyance of the six chapels include a memorandum of the sale of the chapel and premises at Great Saughall, Cheshire, to George Venables of Great Saughall, master painter and decorator, 1932, and a memorandum of the sale of the school room premises in City Road, Chester, to Fiona Simey, 1978.

The 1978 endorsement is repeated on the L&NWR conveyance of 1864. This conveyance also includes an endorsement explaining that in addition to the L&NWR seal, the deed was mistakenly sealed at Chester Station with the Great Western Railway Company's seal.
