Demise for £1,000 years of as much ground as will carry by a trench a stream of water from the river Maesmore through the lands of the said Richard Lewis called Tyddin Pant y Cwtta and the lands of the said John James and Griffith John called Neyodd y Coed Cay otherwise Tu yn y Nant, township of Caylan & Maesmore, parish of Llanvihangel Generglyn, into a tenement of the second party called Tyddin y Neyodd.
