Settled account of Evan Phillips with Sir Charles Morgan for the rents, casual profits and promiscuous payments of the Tredegar estate and Sir Charles Morgan's part of the Friars estate. At least one page of the rental has been torn out between ff. 2 and 3 (probably containing Sir Charles Morgan's part of the Friars estate in the parishes of Marshfield, Peterstone, Rumney, Christchurch and Trefethin), containing £454 of the £2085 rents and arrears received. At the rear of the volume is an account of relief paid in the parish of Llanfihangel-y-fedw over four weeks, March-April (no year given).
