Settled account of Evan Phillips with the proprietors of Newpark Farm. The disbursements include land tax paid in the parishes of Basaleg, Llanfihangel-y-fedw and Marshfield. The last entry in the account is dated 14 June 1803, and the account is settled between the representatives of Evan Phillips, dec., and Sir Charles Morgan on 9 Nov. 1803, when the balance due from the representatives (£99 18s. 9d.) was carried to a general account of balances, annexed to the last settlement of Mr Phillip's account of Tredegar rents.
